We are a UAE-based company that specializes in designing professional company profiles and business presentations. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, custom-designed profiles that highlight your brand’s identity and professionalism.

All content, designs, graphics, texts, images, and digital assets created by CompanyProfileDesign.ae remain our exclusive intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client.

When you hire us for a company profile design or presentation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the final deliverables for your business. You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or modify the designs without our written consent.

Any stock images, icons, or fonts used in your project may be subject to third-party licensing terms. If required, we will guide you in obtaining the necessary licenses. Unauthorized use of our content, including website materials, templates, and proprietary design elements, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

If you believe any of your intellectual property has been used without permission, please contact us immediately.

We provide custom-designed company profiles and business presentations that cater to businesses in the UAE. Our service scope includes:

• Our personalized designs are based on your brand identity and business needs.
• You will get editable file formats if applicable. It depends on the agreed package.
• We offer multiple content and design revisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Our deliveries are completed within the agreed timeframe without any delay.

• Estimated delivery timelines are discussed before starting the project.
• Delays caused by incomplete client information, late responses, or additional revision requests are not our responsibility.

• Full payment or a deposit (as agreed) must be made before the project begins.
• We accept payments through secure payment gateways and do not store credit card details.
• Once the design process has started, the payment is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
• If a client fails to make the final payment, we reserve the right to withhold project delivery and retain ownership of all design files.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing details. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

Your satisfaction remains our top priority at CompanyProfileDesign.ae. We want you to be completely happy with the results. That is why we offer a structured revision process to ensure the final design aligns with your brand and vision.

• Every project includes a set number of free revisions based on the package you choose. These revisions cover minor tweaks, such as color adjustments, font changes, or slight content placement modifications.
• Major design alterations, such as a complete layout overhaul, structural redesign, or changing the original creative direction, are not considered standard revisions and may be charged separately.
• Revision requests should be clear and specific to help us implement changes efficiently and avoid back-and-forth delays.
• You must submit all revision requests within 7 days of receiving the initial draft. If we don’t receive feedback within this period, we will assume the design is approved and move forward with finalization.

We understand that sometimes extra refinements are needed beyond the allotted free revisions. Additional revisions can be requested, but they may incur an extra fee depending on the complexity of the changes. We will always communicate any additional costs beforehand, so there are no surprises.

No further revisions will be entertained without additional charges once you approve the final design and the files are delivered. We strongly encourage you to review the drafts carefully and consolidate feedback to make the most of the free revisions included in your package.
