A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe due to our own negligence (excluding delays caused by late responses or lack of information from the client).
• If the final delivered design is significantly different from what was initially agreed upon, and we are unable to make the necessary corrections.
• If a technical issue on our end prevents us from completing the project and delivering the final files.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with a clear explanation of the reason for the request. We will review each case individually and determine eligibility based on the facts presented.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• If you change your mind about the project after we have started working on it.
• If the initial design drafts have been delivered and you decide to discontinue the project.
• If the delay in project completion is caused by your failure to provide necessary materials, information, or timely feedback.
• If you have requested multiple revisions and still do not approve the final design.
• If the project has been fully completed, finalized, and approved by you.
• If you request a refund after 14 days of receiving the initial design draft.

All approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via original payment method.

Our goal is to work closely with you to ensure a successful project outcome. We encourage open communication, and we are always willing to make reasonable adjustments to meet your expectations before resorting to a refund request.

We take great pride in delivering professional, top-notch designs, but our liability has certain limitations.

• Providing a professionally designed company profile or presentation that meets the specifications outlined in our agreement.
• Ensuring that all designs delivered are original and free from copyright infringement.
• Meeting reasonable deadlines as agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

• Any loss of revenue, business, or opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use our designs.
• Any errors in the content provided by you. While we do offer design services, we do not proofread or fact-check the content you submit.
• Any printing issues that arise from third-party printers. We strongly recommend that you verify design specifications with your printing service before finalizing the design.
• Any modifications or misuse of the design files after delivery. Once the final files are handed over, we are not responsible for any alterations made by you or a third party.

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for our services. We, our team members, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our designs or website.

We encourage transparent communication and will always strive to resolve any concerns amicably.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• Any disputes, claims, or legal matters related to our services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
• We strongly encourage resolving disputes through direct communication before taking any legal action.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to settle the matter in a UAE-based court of law.

If you are outside the UAE, you agree that any legal matters concerning our services will still be governed by UAE law.
